This consultation package is for those looking for guidance as you think through birth preferences, what to expect in labor, hospital/birth center policies, and postpartum needs. You’ll have the insight and support of a doula, helping you make informed decisions and prepare for a birth experience that feels right for you and your family—even if full doula support isn’t part of your plan.*

Birth & Postpartum Planning Session

For parents who want support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, you’ll have the presence and experience of a doula helping you prepare for labor, explore your preferences, and navigate decisions as they arise. Full support allows you to focus on this time with confidence and care.*

  • Two Prenatal Planning Sessions (in-person or virtual, depending on preference)

    • Birth preferences

    • Partner preparation

    • Labor positions + comfort techniques + pain management strategies

    • Birth and Postpartum plan assistance

  • Unlimited phone/text/email support from contract signing until 1 month postpartum

  • On-Call Support (39–42 weeks)

  • In-person Continuous Labor Support from active labor until 1-2 hours postpartum (phone/text support in early labor)

  • Immediate Postpartum Care

    • Feeding and recovery support

  • Postpartum Home Visit (up to 3 hours)

    • Check-in on physical recovery and emotional well-being

    • Practical newborn care and education

    • Light housekeeping/cooking

Birth Doula Care Package

This postpartum support package is for those who want guidance and practical help as they adjust to life with a new baby. You’ll have the steady presence of a doula during the early weeks after birth—offering newborn care guidance, emotional support, and light household help so you can focus on rest, recovery, and bonding with your baby. Together, we’ll create space for you to ease into this new season with reassurance and support.

  • 12 hours Postpartum Support

    • Emotional and physical support

    • Education and hands-on newborn care

    • Light housekeeping and cooking

    • Helping you & your partner to process the birth

    • Breastfeeding support

    • Educating you & your partner about postpartum mood disorders

    • Healthy recovery guidance for overall health

Investment: $480 (Payment plans available)*

Additional postpartum hours are available in 3-hour increments at $40/hour.
